Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date you placed your Gypsea Soul order to lodge a return request.

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. We process orders quickly, so once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged so should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to email us at info@gypseasoulswimwear.com and send the unwanted items back.  All products returned need to be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached to receive store credit.

Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued.

Gypsea Soul is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning.
