What are your opening hours?Gypsea Soul Swimwear operates Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (AEST)
If you make enquiries outside of those hours we will ensure we respond to you when office re-opens.
How can I pay for my order?As we operate through shopify you have a few options available to you:
What if I need to change or cancel my order?Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. We process orders quickly, so once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it.
Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send the unwanted items back once received (in pristine condition) to receive store credit.Please note that Gypsea Soul Swimwear will not be held liable for the reimbursement of any associated shipping costs for change of mind purchases or incorrect address/shipping details when placing your order.
When will my order arrive?We provide “Express Shipping”as a flat rate within Australia only.
International orders are dependent on the country we are sending to.We promise to have your parcel on it’s way to you as soon as possible.
Please allow 1 working day for your order to be packed and sent.Customs can affect delivery times, however this is out of our control.
If you place an order over the weekend we will ship on the next business day.
Will there be taxes and duties for my order?Custom Duties or taxes vary for each country. Responsibility for any custom duties, taxes or other fees which may be added to your order during shipping is out of our hands, and we cannot offer reimbursement for this.

Where do you ship to?We offer worldwide shipping with a flat rate to all destinations unless otherwise specified.
What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality before sending, however, if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will happily replace it, as long as it has been returned within 10 days of purchase.
